Benefits of an Evaluation

Maybe you’re navigating one of the following immigration paths:

U Visa Psychological Evaluations
You’ve been a victim of a qualifying crime and are helping law enforcement in the investigation. A mental health evaluation can strengthen your U visa petition by documenting the emotional and psychological effects of the crime and your journey toward recovery.

T Visa Psychological Evaluations
If you’ve experienced human trafficking, this evaluation helps illustrate the lasting impact of trauma and supports your claim for protection. Your story matters, and a thorough assessment can be a powerful part of your application.

VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) Psychological Evaluations
If you’ve experienced abuse by a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident spouse, parent, or child, a clinical evaluation can provide evidence of the emotional and psychological toll of that abuse supporting your path to independence and safety.

Extreme Hardship Waiver Evaluations
When you’re applying for a waiver due to potential hardship to a qualifying relative, a hardship evaluation highlights the mental, emotional, and physical toll that separation or deportation would cause. This is about protecting the wellbeing of your family.

Here’s what we’ll do together.
